About the position

As a sheet metal worker/mechanic with us, you will work both in our modern workshop and on-site with our customers. You will:

• Create sketches and unique solutions for our customers.

• Work with press brakes, rolling, welding, laser cutting, CNC and manual machines, bending machines, lathes, and milling machines.

• Manufacturing, assembly, and repair in the workshop and at customer sites.

• Disassemble and repair mechanical components.

• Contribute creative ideas and solutions through brainstorming and teamwork.

• Play an important role in customer contact and ensure high quality in all assignments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a driven and self-sufficient problem solver with workshop experience.

• Has training in welding and experience from industrial jobs.

• Experience in sheet metal forming and pipe work.

• Knowledge of maintenance/service on mechanical machines and products.

• Is familiar with reading blueprints and has experience in sheet metal work with stainless steel as well as welding (licenses, current or previous, are a plus).

• Is an inventive person who enjoys varied tasks and challenges.

• Can work meticulously and deliver high-quality results.

Other requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good health and physical fitness.

• B driver's license and own car (to travel to and from assignments).

• Mileage compensation for travel to customers.

• No general overtime, but compensation according to agreement if needed.

Working hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 06:45–15:45

• Friday: 06:45–12:30
